Can I book one-time or recurring cleanups?
Yes. You can request one-time service, weekly, biweekly, twice-weekly, or custom recurring schedules depending on your property and cleanup needs.
Do I need a contract?
No. Doggy Scoop offers flexible service plans without long-term contracts, so you can pause, skip, or cancel as needed.
Can you service HOAs and commercial properties?
Yes. We provide commercial pet waste removal for homeowner associations, apartment communities, retail centers, waste stations, pet areas, and public spaces.
What should I expect on service day?
Our crew arrives on route, removes pet waste from the agreed areas, hauls waste away, sanitizes tools, and can provide gate photo proof and service communication.
Do I have to be home?
No. Most customers provide safe yard access and do not need to be home. We will confirm any gate, dog, or access notes before service begins.
What if my dog is outside?
Friendly dogs may be okay if they can be safely serviced around. If a dog seems stressed, loose, or unsafe, we will pause service and contact you.
Do you haul the waste away?
Yes. Waste hauled away is part of the Doggy Scoop service experience, so collected pet waste is not left behind in your trash can.
What if it rains?
We work when conditions are safe. Heavy storms, unsafe access, flooding, or severe weather may require a route adjustment, and we will communicate changes.
